The experience itself was very seamless, but staff should be mindful of their approach when discussing an individual’s income and expenditure. From personal experience, the tone and questions posed by the staff member were uncalled for especially when certain outgoings are already within the defined ‘reasonable’ criteria. Getting a DRO

Great customer services I've been in debt for a while but was scared to talk to someone about it but I was helped from beginning to end with my DRO, I would highly recommend money wellness to people struggling with debt I have mental health problems but these people helped me and really did understand how I was feeling Reviewed on: 10th April 2025
