Definately the most impressive part of the service was the staff. The only issue I would have was that I knew nothing about what you offered when I phoned and it tooka while to work out who or what you were. A brief introductory explanation would go a long way. Besides that I did feel that despite their excellent service the staff were a bit too ‘when are you going to pay’ focused. And finally, you should advertise more! Especially nowadays. There are so many people out there who would benefit enormously by your service and (like me) they’ve never even heard of you! You can’t leave it all up to me - I can only tell so many people! Can’t thank moneywellness enough for their advice support and solution to my problems. I’ve never felt to call and at peace. Honestly there are no words to express how much they helped me and they really did save my life, i was so lost and really had no where to turn without their help I was honestly at the end.
