Thank you for saving my skin!

Definately the most impressive part of the service was the staff. The only issue I would have was that I knew nothing about what you offered when I phoned and it tooka while to work out who or what you were. A brief introductory explanation would go a long way. Besides that I did feel that despite their excellent service the staff were a bit too ‘when are you going to pay’ focused. And finally, you should advertise more! Especially nowadays. There are so many people out there who would benefit enormously by your service and (like me) they’ve never even heard of you! You can’t leave it all up to me - I can only tell so many people!
