Clear, simple easy and give money back

I feel I can rely on this policy: terms are clear, they explain what their claims process is and the taking the picture upfront does give me confidence that they know I have a phone and am honest. Finally, I didn't claim last year and I got money back because I was connected to friends....that was pretty cool. Reviewed on: 16th July 2020

At last reliable insurance which rewards careful people

competitive price If claim: get back on your feet very fast (others could take 2 weeks!). If don't claim: can get 80% money back. They made mobile phone insurance worthwhile for careful people like me Reviewed on: 20th August 2018

Forever waiting.

Filled in the form as broke my phone. Was expecting call back. Never arrived. Tried phoning... 6 hours over 5 days. Absolutely awful customer service. I pay for nothing. I definitely wouldn't recommend. Reviewed on: 28th November 2017
