Targeted me days after my husband died at home

1
St James Place targeted me days after my husband had dropped dead at home. ****** **** Director of West Wealth Management is their broker and works with the other companies involved in this major scam and internal fraud business. She used to work for Throgmorton (Enderby) as a Director. She falsified a mortgage for me and my husband manipulated the income as it had been internally rejected. We did not know this until I did a subject access request in 2023. There were alerts all over the paperwork of a rejected mortgage but unbeknownst to us she changed our guaranteed income from £39,000 per year to £200,000 guaranteed income which is false and there was no records to support this. Once she approved the mortgage she churned our life policies replacing Aviva policies with Aviva policies to create £15,000 commission for herself. She then manipulated the cover and breached the cover to create internal documents that she could later manipulate if either of us died. This exploited and breached COBS 16.6.2 and UTCCR 1999 S5 Fairness test. The contracts remained intact. My husband died in 2020 she then showed me the intact contracts, produced a death claim settlement showing payment to Barclays bank with sort code and account number. She then falsified and had St James Place assist. One Senior SJP Director ***** ***** instructed her not to process the life insurance as there was no death certificate. She hid these emails, SJP found alerts of discrepancies and alerted ****** **** how to overcome these and commit fraud in an email 16/2/2021 not made available to me until 2023. There was an internal plot where I was targeted and identified as vulnerable. Leicestershire Police Fraud squad know about this as do Parliament who asked me to write 2 reports to assist the Fraud Inquiry. My Disabled son and twins have been denied the money. ****** had a soft spot (as a single parent) for my handsome son and she decided and admitted internally that she would breach the Aviva contracts, breach the trust deed and insert my son ******** to block and deny/control the life insurance to prevent me (wife/widow) any access to the money. By doing this the money is locked in a trust and ****** receives £25,000 per year proceeds so far £75,000 from the fraud that she has committed with my estranged son ********'* assistance. My husband and I paid £45,000 in policy premiums over 15 years to Aviva and I have not received the money according to contracts and the death claim settlement form. Aviva St James Place ****** **** and Metro bank are all in this together. It is a really good internal fraud business and the regulators are useless. HMRC have also been duped in this and the tax man has been denied taxes due to Fraudster ****** ****. Her father *** ****** (Banjo Ltd) is also involved and he does all the internal administration although he is not registered with the Financial Conduct Authority as an authorised person. ****** lives her life as a millionaire because she is able to manipulate and harm her clients under the halo of regulated practice. She also did my probate illegally, this is a protected service that carries 2 years imprisonment under the SRA 2007. People tell me i should write a book and share my data to show the steps of fraud. ****** panicked and had Leicestershire Police visit my home o n 4/2/2023 to threaten me that I must not reveal this to the regulators as ****** was highly fretful of what the authorities would do to her. There is a police report that confirms that I was verbally warned. ****** and her Dad seem to have the police in their pocket too. This is a major scam and not much different to the Post Office Horizon scam. DO NOT USE SJP they are criminals. You have been warned. ****** **** was lovely and even invited me out for meals, wrote me birthday cards brought me wine. She is a master manipulator and should be in prison. Pension Advice

5
I got in touch with Laura for some advuce on my pensions following a rexommendation from a friend. It is a task I had been putting ott for years as pensions was an area I had little understanding of. Laura took the time to get tinkmow me, understanding my financial priorities and constraints so that she could better advise me on my choices. She never put any hard sell on me or pressured me into making decisions but instead kept me uodated throughout the process and made herself available if I needed to check anything with her.. Kris who was tasked with the paperwork of transferring all my pots over, was quick, thorough and dedicated, often chasing the companies for a response. I am very happy with the service I received and would happily recommend them for anybody looking for pension advice. Reviewed on: 24th May 2024
