Great experience from a first-time buyer!

Beth and Callum made the mortgage process very straight-forward and stressless as a first-time buyer. I had a long and very informative telephone conversation on a Saturday afternoon with Beth to begin with where she talked me through the various lenders and plans available, once I had chosen one, before I knew it Callum was letting me know that my application was a success and handled any queries the bank had on my behalf, kept me informed every step of the way and answered any queries I had. Amazing First Time Mortgage Brokers!

Jack.D and Elly.B have both been nothing sort of amazing! We had our lifetime ISAs with Tembo so decided to use their in house brokers to get our first mortgage. As first time buyers we found this experience extremely daunting but Jack put our minds at ease and was incredibly friendly. He talked us through the whole process and submitted our mortgage application within 24 hours! We got an amazing mortgage offer. Elly then took over once our mortgage application was in and kept us fully up to date with every step of the journey until we received our mortgage offer! She was very easy to contact and always friendly. Both Jack & Elly made it a very smooth process for us and we couldn’t be happier with the service we got from them both! Thank you!
