Amazing First Time Mortgage Brokers!

Jack.D and Elly.B have both been nothing sort of amazing! We had our lifetime ISAs with Tembo so decided to use their in house brokers to get our first mortgage. As first time buyers we found this experience extremely daunting but Jack put our minds at ease and was incredibly friendly. He talked us through the whole process and submitted our mortgage application within 24 hours! We got an amazing mortgage offer. Elly then took over once our mortgage application was in and kept us fully up to date with every step of the journey until we received our mortgage offer! She was very easy to contact and always friendly. Both Jack & Elly made it a very smooth process for us and we couldn’t be happier with the service we got from them both! Thank you!
