Great experience from a first-time buyer!

Beth and Callum made the mortgage process very straight-forward and stressless as a first-time buyer. I had a long and very informative telephone conversation on a Saturday afternoon with Beth to begin with where she talked me through the various lenders and plans available, once I had chosen one, before I knew it Callum was letting me know that my application was a success and handled any queries the bank had on my behalf, kept me informed every step of the way and answered any queries I had. Beyond fantastic Tembo; the best service!!

My experience with Tembo Mortgage Broker has been beyond fantastic! As a FTB, it has been a steep and fast learning curve, and both Jo Frater and Callum Doherty have provided immediate, responsive, informative and super helpful support with the process of acquiring a mortgage and ensuring it was the best one for my specific needs. They booked appointments quickly with me, answered all my questions (and I had a lot!) thoroughly, leaving me fully informed and feeling reassured, provided immensely helpful advice and were super friendly and approachable, which helped to make things much less daunting. Their work has been invaluable, and it has felt like I have had them walking alongside me throughout the whole process. I know (and have been able to) I can turn to them at any time, and they will be there. The app itself is amazing - easy to navigate, aesthetically pleasing and also very informative with their Guides, Tools, Insights, Videos and Webinars. I absolutely love that you are able to connect the LISA with someone else too, so you can see your collective LISA savings. I cannot recommend Tembo enough, with a special shout-out and thank you to Callum Doherty and Jo Frater. Really helpful team

I used Tembo throughout the whole process, from the initial phase of viewing/research properties to completion of the purchase. Any time I needed advice, the team from tembo were always on hand often at short ntice. They have a wealth of knowledge which made the process so much easier. The flexibility if meeting timings meant i could schedule calls during times that suited me. The easy to use app and website made everything so much easier to track. Reviewed on: 11th February 2025

Grace and Callum at Tembo are amazing

Grace and Callum did for us what other brokers said wasn't possible and they did it without a fuss and so quickly. We are a somewhat unusual case and they took everything we told them under consideration and got us a mortgage offer with one of big banks at a better rate than we can find elsewhere. They've also continually checked in with us following the offer, have been willing to repeatedly check whether our rate has changed and informed us whenever they have heard from the lender.
