Beyond fantastic Tembo; the best service!!

My experience with Tembo Mortgage Broker has been beyond fantastic! As a FTB, it has been a steep and fast learning curve, and both Jo Frater and Callum Doherty have provided immediate, responsive, informative and super helpful support with the process of acquiring a mortgage and ensuring it was the best one for my specific needs. They booked appointments quickly with me, answered all my questions (and I had a lot!) thoroughly, leaving me fully informed and feeling reassured, provided immensely helpful advice and were super friendly and approachable, which helped to make things much less daunting. Their work has been invaluable, and it has felt like I have had them walking alongside me throughout the whole process. I know (and have been able to) I can turn to them at any time, and they will be there. The app itself is amazing - easy to navigate, aesthetically pleasing and also very informative with their Guides, Tools, Insights, Videos and Webinars. I absolutely love that you are able to connect the LISA with someone else too, so you can see your collective LISA savings. I cannot recommend Tembo enough, with a special shout-out and thank you to Callum Doherty and Jo Frater. Anyone needing a mortgage broker service should look no further - you will be in the best hands. Reviewed on: 12th February 2025
