Great experience from a first-time buyer!

Beth and Callum made the mortgage process very straight-forward and stressless as a first-time buyer. I had a long and very informative telephone conversation on a Saturday afternoon with Beth to begin with where she talked me through the various lenders and plans available, once I had chosen one, before I knew it Callum was letting me know that my application was a success and handled any queries the bank had on my behalf, kept me informed every step of the way and answered any queries I had. Kurt and Callum are sensational

Kurt and Callum were so helpful through this whole process! Especially Kurt calling back every 5 minutes of an hour long phone call when we were abroad with limited phone access. They made the process so simple for first time buyers and were more than happy to simly explain things that were completely new to us. Could not recommend Tembo more - Legends!
