Mortgage Broker Saved Me Money & Provided Great Service

Originally, I was hesitant about using a mortgage broker. However, Georgie and Abbey from Tambo completely changed my mind. They not only found me a significantly cheaper deal than the one I was initially considering at the bank, but their rate check also saved me an additional 0.05% (5 basis points). Their guidance on product fees was invaluable, and their customer service was absolutely outstanding. Just the level of support they provided compared to the bank made it entirely worthwhile. Excellent experience all round

Helena and Abbey were fantastic throughout the whole process! As a solo first time buyer, Helena really took the time to explain everything to me in detail and answered all of my many questions. After the application was submitted Abbey kept me up to date with its progress. Both Helena and Abbey were really quick with replying to my emails, even on evenings and weekends. I was struggling to find a solicitor and Helena’s recommendation has been fab (and cheaper than my quotes). The broker fee is expensive but it’s definitely been worth it and would recommend!
