Mortgage Broker Saved Me Money & Provided Great Service

Originally, I was hesitant about using a mortgage broker. However, Georgie and Abbey from Tambo completely changed my mind. They not only found me a significantly cheaper deal than the one I was initially considering at the bank, but their rate check also saved me an additional 0.05% (5 basis points). Their guidance on product fees was invaluable, and their customer service was absolutely outstanding. Just the level of support they provided compared to the bank made it entirely worthwhile. Best mortgage advisor

After using 3 different mortgage brokers my husband and I decided to give Tembo a go. Louise managed to get us the mortgage we needed when the previous 3brokers failed. Louise and Chelsea are so friendly and will always find a spare minute for you. Reviewed on: 19th March 2024

First Class Service

Chelsea and Matt have both been very helpful and efficient with the mortgage process. We were updated with every stage and there were quick replies with any queries we had. Tembo was a very nice surprise for us.

Tembo was a very nice surprise for us. We've had previous experience with a traditional mortgage broker, and we were used to them being slow. That's definitely not the case with Tembo. We first spoke with Fae, who was amazing at helping us find a good deal for our mortgage. She was friendly, helpful, and moved at a speed I never thought was possible. We had a bit of an unusual situation, as I'm a director for a company, but Fae was able to quickly figure out what we had to do. Simply put, she did an amazing job, and I couldn't recommend her enough. Once we secured a mortgage, we spoke with Wendy, whose role was to help us find the right mortgage protection. She was absolutely fabulous. She took the time to understand our situation and managed to find the best cover for us. When speaking with her, I felt that she cared about us, and helping us find what was best for us, as opposed to selling a "better" cover. Having Wendy help us through the process, made the whole thing very pleasant (and we all know that going through your health history is never fun). Reviewed on: 18th March 2024

Highest recommendations to Ruth, Jessica and overall to this amazing team at Tembo. They’re 100% professionals, very confident and extremely helpful. Any time any moment they have been in contact with is. Fully prepared whole pack of documents, recommended where to get each of them. Explained every tiny element of getting a mortgage and as a result we got a wonderful mortgage offer! They’re incredibly friendly and helpful which is exactly what we needed as first time buyers and made us feel comfortable enough to contact them about anything we needed/was unsure about.
