They were just amazing from start to finish.

They were just amazing from start to finish. They made getting a mortgage a very simple and straightforward process, and the fact that they did forfait their fee for NHS workers, was incredible. Reviewed on: 27th January 2025

Tembo was a very nice surprise for us.

Tembo was a very nice surprise for us. We've had previous experience with a traditional mortgage broker, and we were used to them being slow. That's definitely not the case with Tembo. We first spoke with Fae, who was amazing at helping us find a good deal for our mortgage. She was friendly, helpful, and moved at a speed I never thought was possible. We had a bit of an unusual situation, as I'm a director for a company, but Fae was able to quickly figure out what we had to do. Simply put, she did an amazing job, and I couldn't recommend her enough. Once we secured a mortgage, we spoke with Wendy, whose role was to help us find the right mortgage protection. She was absolutely fabulous. She took the time to understand our situation and managed to find the best cover for us. When speaking with her, I felt that she cared about us, and helping us find what was best for us, as opposed to selling a "better" cover. Having Wendy help us through the process, made the whole thing very pleasant (and we all know that going through your health history is never fun). Reviewed on: 18th March 2024
