Simple, easy and accommodating

Super slick process. Online chat replies in minutes, my customer success rep was amazing - Hannah. It's not quite the right time for me - I need a few more months in my new role (self employed drama) but these guys were a breath of fresh air. Reviewed on: 7th February 2022

Finally !

Wonderfully refreshing

Trying to buy a house these days is impossible. Kudos to these guys who are shaking up the system and making it CLEAR what options are available for ftbs failling traditional affordability. We need more mortgage companies who are willing to help non 'vanilla' cases. Reviewed on: 7th February 2022

They go the extra mile

With a caveat that I haven't got a mortgage through tembo (yet) I wanted to add my vote. I've engaged with various people on Tembo's live chat as well as their customer support team to understand what I could borrow with a Boost. These guys are the real deal. They are helpful, knowledgeable and go the extra mile to find a solution. My old broker didn't even know what a JBSP was , nor did he try to explore it for me. Reviewed on: 7th February 2022

Life Changing!
