I opted out in July taken nearly 4 months to finally close my account, due to this companies inability to provide me with the correct information to proceed.     How do they get away with it

    Still haven't had a small pot claim processed months...

    Still haven't had a small pot claim processed months after initially trying. The website form didn't work so they sent a paper form which took... Still haven't had a small pot claim processed months after initially trying. The website form didn't work so they sent a paper form which took weeks to arrive, filled in and sent back. 3 weeks later called to chase - given some rubbish about my old employer having given them a finish date in the future. Sent a P45 which is pretty clear evidence that I've finished! Waited another 2 weeks and chased, got the same response back, we have a future finish date for you! Phoned my old employer - we've told them you've finished working here. Multiple emails and phone calls and several months later still no sign of it being processed. There are multiple reviews where customers have been given the same excuse of future finish date. Dismally poor service or deliberately stalling claims?? Read more Read less
