Still haven't had a small pot claim processed months after initially trying. The website form didn't work so they sent a paper form which took... The website form didn't work so they sent a paper form which took weeks to arrive, filled in and sent back. 3 weeks later called to chase - given some rubbish about my old employer having given them a finish date in the future. Sent a P45 which is pretty clear evidence that I've finished! Waited another 2 weeks and chased, got the same response back, we have a future finish date for you! Phoned my old employer - we've told them you've finished working here. Multiple emails and phone calls and several months later still no sign of it being processed.
