Arrogant and uncaring customer service, please train your staff with the knowledge they need to provide customers with the help they need . I opted out in July taken nearly 4 months to finally close my account, due to this companies inability to provide me with the correct information to proceed. Avoid they take your money but are reluctant to give it back! . Reviewed on: 8th October 2025

How do they get away with it

just try and contact them , just try and gain access to your account , they just give you the run around , I can't access my account , their website doesn't recognise my email address and resetting my password never gets accepted , avoid these crooks. Reviewed on: 9th August 2025

Still haven't had a small pot claim processed months...

Still haven't had a small pot claim processed months after initially trying. The website form didn't work so they sent a paper form which took weeks to arrive, filled in and sent back. 3 weeks later called to chase - given some rubbish about my old employer having given them a finish date in the future. Sent a P45 which is pretty clear evidence that I've finished! Waited another 2 weeks and chased, got the same response back, we have a future finish date for you! Phoned my old employer - we've told them you've finished working here. Multiple emails and phone calls and several months later still no sign of it being processed. There are multiple reviews where customers have been given the same excuse of future finish date. Dismally poor service or deliberately stalling claims?? Reviewed on: 28th April 2025

I live abroad so my initial contact was with the Web chat advisor who was very helpful . However the claims dept the service was terrible. Lack of acknowledgement, my emails weren't answered for 2/3 weeks, and vague answers. I kept going over the same ground with my info. The whole process took over 5 months Reviewed on: 24th April 2025
