Fast recovery and good growth

My pension dropped quite significantly earlier in the year but it has recovered fast and now is back to where it was and is growing again Reviewed on: 5th September 2025

Useless from an employer's perspective

As an employer I find this company utterly useless. They make it very difficult to contact - can't find a contact form (members only), chat is very limited - directs to phone line which doesnt appear to be working (nothing happens when i select an option). Avoid. Reviewed on: 29th August 2025

Great and reliable customer service

Great and reliable customer service with members of staff who are readily available to support with dealing with enquiries. I was registered into smart pensions by my previous employer and my pensions savings has been steadily increasing in value. Reviewed on: 26th February 2025

Customer service doesn't exist

I can NOT contact customer service at all. I tried online forms, useless "live" bot chat that doesn't help at all, and phone calls. I have been trying to transfer my funds to another provider. SP simply is NOT helping at all. I haven't been able to reach out to ask any questions about anything last 8 months. I don't know what's my final investment amount.
