Total waste of time, non existant customer service

I wanted to transfer an ISA from another provider to Trading 212 but was not able to as the bank that I had the ISA with was not on Trading 212's list! Their customer service is non existant as you cannot talk to anyone other than by the chat function and even then it takes ages for a response. As they were not able to do what I wanted, I asked them to delete all my info (NI no, dob, address, copy D/L etc etc) from their records and was very displeased when I was told they could not do so for 7 years due to regulations!!! Absolute no brainer pick among investment brokers.

Absolute no brainer pick among investment brokers. 0 fees, minimal FX fees that beat the competition, and constantly growing feature set. The only time you should choose a different broker is if they don't have the account type you need (SIPP is coming, LISA not confirmed for example). Reviewed on: 15th April 2024

Great starter into trading!

Loved it as a beginner app for learning how to get onto the market for its ease of use and simple layout. But as I used it more I preferred other apps that cared more about customer performance. Reviewed on: 15th April 2024

Make the most of your money

As a new person to the investing world, trading 212 has provided nothing but an excellent platform for me to get my head around stocks and gain the most out of my money. Fee free ISA plus best interest on cash

They offer free stocks and shares ISA with only few being a 0.15% FX fee. They also offer the best interest on cash (5.2% at time of review) for any easy access ISA on the market. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

No ISA fees. Good customisation & UI

No ISA fees. The biggest advantage of the service so far. As far as I’m aware, the only fees T212 take are the spread which is a pretty good deal in my opinion. Great UI and a very customisable auto invest system. Reviewed on: 10th April 2024
