I like the fact that payments can be made 24/7, the minimal monthly charge and the rapid response from customer service should I have a question or concern. Proud to be a customer

I feel proud when I explain to colleagues that my business bank is Triodos. Proud because every penny that is in my business bank account is helping to make a better tomorrow for our children. They are a great bank to deal with - their customer service - when I have needed it - is easily contactable, and you speak to a real person which for me is infinitely preferable to speaking to a machine.
