Love the sustainable and ethical values of Triodos and knowing my money is doing good for the planet and for people. This is what modern banking values should look like in today's world. I have banked with Triodos Bank for many years. I find them easy to access, very friendly if I have had to phone and totally transparent as to how my money is used. I feel pleased that my money is only invested in ethical organisations and projects. Reviewed on: 29th January 2024

Reassuringly safe, accessible account with sound customer service if I forget my password! Very good rates. Great comms. They don't bombard you with sales communications, rather, interesting and relevant newsletters of a moderate frequency.
