Ethical and user-friendly

There is plenty of good information available, accessible help including by phone, a user-friendly app and website, competitive interest rates and most importantly it is an ethical product from an ethical bank which offers clear explanations about the ethical basis of all its products. Triodos is a really impressive ethical bank

Triodos is a really impressive ethical bank whose values I admire. But also their products are easy to access and use (their app is great) and their customer service is excellent. Good principles and excellent service.

I have been with Triodos for about 30 years and they have consistently shown the value of a bank with great ethical principles - which make me even more keen to invest my money with them - and they combine this with excellent service. Excellent customer service.
