Glad I made the switch to ethical banking

I've been banking with Triodos since about 2017, when I switched over from a retail bank. Firstly, Triodos seems to come out top in ethical reviews, and this is the reason why I switched to them. I want to know that my money, as far as I can know, isn't being used to invest in causes I don't wish to support, and Triodos always speaks of the community-based causes they invest in instead. I've always been helped whenever I've asked for it from Triodos staff, and enjoy using their software to manage my account. Reviewed on: 6th March 2025

A great way to bank

A great way to bank with a company with which you share values. The customer service is always excellent and the improvements to the mobile banking app have made it clearer and easier to navigate. Interest rates aren't as competitive but you are not necessarily drawn to Triodos for that reason. Overall it's a safe, secure and top quality bank. Reviewed on: 6th March 2025
