Customer contact

I do all my banking online and have never had any problems with using the website. On the very few occasions I have needed to speak to a member of staff the service has always been quick, the staff polite and knowledgeable, and I have been able to deal with the issue quickly. The interest rate is lower than most banks, but that is compensated for by Triodos funding small and community businesses rather than simply supporting big business. Reviewed on: 12th April 2025

Rewards which go beyond the purely financial ones.

I bank with Triodos because I am assured that my money will not be used in deforestation, coal exploration and other environmentally harmful ways. More than this, my money is invested in projects which are environmentally and socially conscious and I believe that Triodos leads the way in this respect. After all, investment is not just about financial return - it is also about enhancing the world we live in: a much greater reward, in my view. Reviewed on: 13th April 2025

Very happy overall with Triodos

Triodos use my money for good and that is really important to me. They don't bombard me with communication - they email occasionally and it's usually interesting content - I appreciate that.
