In a world of bad, my money is being used for good.

It is reassuring in the current climate that I know.my money is ethically used. Setting up my ISA was so easy and when I accidentally opened a second account the online help was very understanding and didn't make me feel stupid. The issue was address immediately. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2026

Really satisfied

It’s easy to check my account online but especially is great try at I can speak to someone on the phone and they are knowledgable and helpful. ISA easy to set up and manage.

Very easy to transfer previous ISA to Triodos. I have had no trouble understanding how to manage the account. Reminders to top up account are in good time and clear. Online help is easy to access and understand. Reviewed on: 21st April 2026

An intelligent human at the end of the line.

A real person at the end of the line - they answered quickly, knowledgeably, efficiently, politely, and English was their first language.
