An easy to use ethical bank

Confident and happy customer

I have several accounts with Triodos - a saver and an ISA, and so does my husband. The accounts are easy to set up and access, and do exactly what they say. Communication is clear, and it is straightforward to withdraw funds. I am confident Triodos invests my money ethically. Reviewed on: 14th April 2025

Ease of acquiring cash ISAs

Excellent customer service

The set up process was really easy and support when I have needed it was really fast. I love that you know the individual environmental impact of your account and that you get updates on the difference it makes. It's great to understand positive impact your money can be having.
