I haven't had a single issue with Triodos.

I haven't had a single issue with Triodos. I have a Personal Current Account and a Savings Account. The app is easy to use and informative. I made the switch from the bank with the worst historical fossil fuel investment record, so I am very happy that my savings aren't being used to passively invest in dirty industries. Great interest rate on the Savings Account. Reviewed on: 25th March 2024

I moved to Triodos as the most ethical way to bank my money. I love knowing that my money is being used for good...good for the planet and good for people. Starting my account was simple and hassle free and the service they provide is as one would expect. Reviewed on: 25th March 2024

It is good to feel my money is doing a little good.

I enjoy banking with Triodos, each time i use my debit card i know that the money i have saved with Triodos is helping someone somewhere and that is a good feeling. I also know that my money is not being used for bad things like fossil fuels, munitions etc. Reviewed on: 25th March 2024

I have nothing but praise for Triodos Bank. They are friendly, efficient and helpful. Their online banking is user-friendly and I say this as someone who is not brilliant with technology. We moved to Triodos a few years ago and are very happy with our decision. They are the best bank we've ever used in our 70+ years. In our dealings with the we are made to feel like real people, not just a number. They adhere to ethical standards that align with ours and we are confident that they will keep our funds safe. I have a Triodos current account for my everyday banking. It all works well online with a great and easy to use app and website and a friendly customer service if ever needed; however, the best thing is to know that the bank dealing with my money pursues ethical ideas and projects with positive global impact.
