Great ethical bank.

Great ethical bank. Good, easy to use banking app. Easy to contact and helpful customer services. Interesting newsletters on ethical projects funded by the bank (community and nature projects especially). Reviewed on: 25th January 2025

Great customer service. Great values.

Triodos is a bank which is actually attempting to use money in a sustainable way, rather than funding environmental destruction. And no greenwashing! I've spoken to a customer services person a couple of times with questions about a new account, and they were friendly and helpful. Reviewed on: 18th January 2023
