Review of the Tymit, Credit Card:

Appalling level of communication and customer service. AVOID!!!

Over 2 weeks ago on 23rd of April I reported two fraudulent unauthorized payments on my Tymit card, in every way available to me (email, messages on the transactions within the app and leaving a voicemail on the number provided on the back of the card). It took Tymit over 48 hours(!) to get back to me and block my card, by which time my card had been nearly maxed out with over £700 of fraudulent unauthorized transactions. It then took another 48 hours to be transferred to the disputes department, who sent me one email, to which I responded straight away, and who have now told me nothing since the 27th April, despite me sending them numerous further emails. This whole process has been so UNBELIEVABLY SLOW and upsetting. My bill is now due today with hundreds of pounds of fraudulent transactions on it and I still cannot get a reply out of Tymit with regards to what I am supposed to do with my bill and where I stand with my claim. This level of communication and customer service for a modern financial firm is appalling. AVOID!!! And they are now refusing to refund ANY of the stolen money because I provided scammers who were claiming to be Tymit with an SMS code which included ‘’We will never ask you to share this code.’’ Those scammers rang me 24 hours after I had informed Tymit of the first fraudulent transactions. It then took Tymit ANOTHER 24 hours to reply to me, and cancel the card, then telling me not to answer any calls claiming to be from them. If it hadn't taken Tymit over 48 hours to block the card and reply to me after my telling you there were fraudulent transactions on the account, then the stolen amount would have been under £45 as opposed to over £740!!!. I'll never use your services again, I'll be warning everyone I can about how appalling Tymit have been in every possible way and I'll be contacting the financial ombudsman. Tymit is an excellent Credit Card, & has excellent features, no fees when travelling abroad, and you can pay your bill in real time the day it is due

Convenient, fair, easy to manage credit card

Tymit has a really easy to use app, and I love that it can provide different payment plans so you can choose ultimately how much you pay. Transactions show up regularly and communication is frequent enough to let you review your bill and make adjustments before it's charged. It's also so much easier to use now they have set up direct debit, so no more having to manually send payment each month and hoping it goes through in time (it often wouldn't show up in my app on the payment date). I also really like the feature that lets you simulate a purchase to see what future bills will be like depending on what you spend and what plan you select. It makes budgeting so easy. It's also recognised with at least one credit agency that I'm signed up to, so it contributes to your credit score. This is exactly the type of credit card I've always wanted, and I have been recommending it to everyone who needs one. Reviewed on: 6th August 2021

Best Credit Card I have got

Tymit is the best credit card I have got ever, so easy to use, accepted everywhere, from UK to Portugal I didn't have anything problems with exchange currency, no fees, you can split the amount, I highly recommend. Reviewed on: 6th August 2021

Clear transaction, no extra charges

I am using this service, given me a better creator limit. Has given me a cash withdrawal, spit month payback and so more with out any extra charges. Transaction are very clear and all transaction can be plan. Reviewed on: 6th August 2021
