BEWARE Terrible company, poor customer service, Don't reply to emails or telephone messages.

BEWARE, have been trying to contact WE SWAP for months, They don't reply and have direct way to call them other than leaving voice messages. They are sat on my money and I have no way of getting it! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I will now be going to the police to report. Reviewed on: 21st February 2022

The perfect travel companion!

WeSwap has got it right. Easy and straightforward app and website, all the info you need to hand, effective and efficient handling ... cannot recommend it highly enough to anyone travelling ... just makes handling foreign payments and currencies so convenient – and saves money in the process! Trouble-free, travel money

My Favourite Forex Friends!

We Swap just get it right. You forget your pin - they make it painless. You leave it all too late - they make it seem normal. I'm evangelical about them. Best value exchange rates & easy to use

I've been using WeSwap for about 4 years for various travel money exchanges and I am yet to find any other service which offers a better value exchange rate. The rates offered are the closest to the 'real' exchange rates (even when factoring in the exchange fee) of any service. They don't take any unexpected commission or fiddle the rates, just a clear 1% to 1.7% fee depending on the speed of the exchange. Easiest and safest
