BEWARE Terrible company, poor customer service, Don't reply to emails or telephone messages.

BEWARE, have been trying to contact WE SWAP for months, They don't reply and have direct way to call them other than leaving voice messages. They are sat on my money and I have no way of getting it! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I will now be going to the police to report. Reviewed on: 21st February 2022

A great product

A great product, innovative and a tool for every traveler. The app is easy to use, the rates are very low. I 've been using WeSwap for 4 years now and I will be using it for many years to come. Highly recommended Reviewed on: 10th November 2019

Great rates, fab app and top customer service

There is no one better

Takes the worry out of foreign money

Been with WeSwap for several years and in that time travelled in Europe, New Zealand, Australia, Costa Rica, USA, Singapore, Hong Kong and South Africa, so easy to load, swap currencies and easy to keep track off spending, would not be without my WeSwap card it is the most important travel necessity after my passport. Brilliant to save for hols in destination currency

As money markets fluctuate it's hard to chose when to buy currency; with Weswap simply load and swap a bit each month or week and average out the price. Bonus is you see how rates are trending and can take advantage in times of "best rates" Reviewed on: 10th November 2019
