BEWARE Terrible company, poor customer service, Don't reply to emails or telephone messages.

BEWARE, have been trying to contact WE SWAP for months, They don't reply and have direct way to call them other than leaving voice messages. They are sat on my money and I have no way of getting it! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I will now be going to the police to report. Reviewed on: 21st February 2022

Most convenient travel money app ever!

I’ve been using WeSwap for over three years now and it has changed the way I travel forever! I feel safer because I don’t need to exchange lots of cash, and I love that my card can hold multiple currencies at once, which makes country-hopping a breeze. Reviewed on: 9th November 2019

Absolutely invaluable

Felt safe using my we swap card abroad . Helpful swapping from different currencies when visiting different countries . Fab for having app so I could keep up to date with how much money I had . Only downside is when I visit hisaronu Turkey cash point doesn't always let me take money out for some reason app says I have money machines ( several ) says I haven't . Easy to use and great exchange rates

Great for foreign exchange currency. Can be used as a debit card and to get cash from a cash point. I load the card when I have some spare cash and if I need it can get it from the cash point, otherwise I save it a d exchange it for currency when I need it. Reviewed on: 9th November 2019
