BEWARE Terrible company, poor customer service, Don't reply to emails or telephone messages.

BEWARE, have been trying to contact WE SWAP for months, They don't reply and have direct way to call them other than leaving voice messages. They are sat on my money and I have no way of getting it! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I will now be going to the police to report. Reviewed on: 21st February 2022

I've been using WeSwap for several years for frequent travel in Europe and I really can't fault it. Best rates, fantastic customer support, easy interface. It's saved me a fortune in exchange and ATM fees. Brilliant company. Reviewed on: 8th November 2019

Best customer experience ever.

I've never had a better customer experience honestly, one time I went away and my card got locked, customer support helped to unblock my card through text messages with my family! A+++ Support, another time, I accidentally loaded 2 payments into my card, within a few hours I had that money refunded and back in my bank, no issues. Genuinely never had better customer service in my life. Now if only all customer services could be like WeSwap. . . Reviewed on: 8th November 2019
