BEWARE Terrible company, poor customer service, Don't reply to emails or telephone messages.

BEWARE, have been trying to contact WE SWAP for months, They don't reply and have direct way to call them other than leaving voice messages. They are sat on my money and I have no way of getting it! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I will now be going to the police to report. Reviewed on: 21st February 2022

Using WeSwap is simple for anyone

I use WeSwap every year I go on holiday, it's hassle free in transferring currencies, reliable and one of the most efficient ways to transfer and hold money whilst travelling abroad. Charges are at an absolute minimum when compared to the High Street. Reviewed on: 7th November 2019

Great way to organise and control foreign currency spending.

Excellent service and very easy to manage. New contactless card makes the WeSwap card even more convenient to use when travelling overseas. Always get excellent exchange rate. Reviewed on: 7th November 2019

Peace of Mind backup money should you need it.

When I go on holiday abroad, it is, 'Piece of Mind' to know that you have always got that little extra 'cash' with your We Swap Card, should it be needed. Everybody uses their We Swap card in different ways. In my situation, I find it gives me the added confidence of an extra pot of cash to use should I need access to more cash to buy something I see, or if I run short of currency and I need a little top up. The We Swap card gives you that little extra should you need it, thereby helping me enjoy my holiday without that feeling of running short of money, and if you don't use it, it is still there for the next time. Great travel card

I have had a great experience with we swap... It gives great rates in comparison and very easy to understand and use...
