Stay clear, if you value your money

It was a good one back in days but since they decided to introduce this new WeSwap 2.0 app it all gone down hill. What a load of rubbish. I have finally managed to get new app working (initially it said documents issued by UK government are not recognised!!!) however no balance was transferred. I have sent an email requesting for a refund on 06.Sep.2021 and so far no response or no balance. Since then I have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate but all I get is silence. I am not sure if I am asking something unreasonable? I am asking to receive my balance before the change. Just for clarification, my own money. What a joke. I will raise the issue with the authorities so they respond to them. Very poor service. Just stay clear. Reviewed on: 18th October 2021

great product and great service on the help facility.

Never had any issues in the two years I have been travelling Spain for extended periods. One point is to watch which bank ATM's which you use to avoid random charges by them. Also stay within we swaps clearly stated rules and all will be fine. Reviewed on: 7th February 2020

Great App for FX

Great rates and convenience

Simply a great idea

Hassle free

We found the we swap card so easy to use, it is easy to load and you get frequent updates about your current swaps. It saves carrying cash and is excepted world wide WOW. It's easy to load and your offered a great range of swaps giving you a better rate for longer swaps. What's not to like. I've recommended we swap to all my family and freinds. Its truly amazing. You have also started trading with Jet2 holidays, well done what an amazing journey your having, keep expanding and keep up the good work.I look forward to seeing what this year brings.
