Old fashioned Great service with Good Rates

Our Fixed rate bond has been an essential part of our monthly income and YBS have provided great service especially when they mature to ensure continued income potential, much appreciated customer service Reviewed on: 25th March 2021

Great support

You are informed over a month before your Bond matures and the various options are written out cleary. If you decide to remain and reinvest in their recommended deal you do not have to do take any action and the money is reinvested and the certificate is posted to you a month later. If there is any queries and staff are very helpful and obliging either whether you are face to face or on the phone. I find it very helpful as I know the deal they offer is pretty good and I do not hae to take any action. Reviewed on: 10th November 2018
