Totally inept.

90 day bond disappeared off the radar in 2010, with no communication since. After initial contact have been waiting a month for promised letter with explanation. Phone calls on hold for ever. Keep saying high volume of calls, is this so or a ploy to get you to ring off. Don't get involved. Reviewed on: 7th August 2023

'Lastsave', more like!!

Opened a two year fixed bond. Deposited money in the account. Haven't received user ID through the post from Firstsave, so I can't log in to my account to check whether my deposit has been received. No automated email from Firstsave to confirm they have received the deposit, which is something decent banks normally do. Tried phoning customer services to enquire, but after waiting for 33 minutes for an answer, I hung up. I emailed them. No answer. Am currently waiting for them to pick up the phone. 14 minutes of irritating muzak is all I've got thus far........... I wish I hadn't bothered with this lot. If there is a cooling off period, I will be removing my money (assuming they have actually received it) and investing it elsewhere. I wanted to choose 0 stars, but that option isn't available. No custimer service

Currently on hold for 45 mins and still no response! I currently cant access my account and with an online/telephone only set up you would think they could answer the phone! Reviewed on: 14th July 2023

Very poor customer service

It was highly frustrating to be on hold for 45 minutes only to be informed at 1700 that the bank was operating different hours from those advertised and was shutting at 1700 rather than 1800 as advertised! Very poor customer service. Reviewed on: 27th January 2023
