No automated email from Firstsave to confirm they have received the deposit, which is something decent banks normally do. Tried phoning customer services to enquire, but after waiting for 33 minutes for an answer, I hung up. I emailed them. No answer. Am currently waiting for them to pick up the phone. 14 minutes of irritating muzak is all I've got thus far........... I wish I hadn't bothered with this lot. If there is a cooling off period, I will be removing my money (assuming they have actually received it) and investing it elsewhere. I wanted to choose 0 stars, but that option isn't available. i was wary as i had not heard of firstsave bank. contacted FSCS who said they were fully protected so i opened an account. set... i was wary as i had not heard of firstsave bank. contacted FSCS who said they were fully protected so i opened an account. set up very quickly on line and letters sent in post within a few days to view account on line and see money in the account.
