DO NOT USE

As with other reviews, I have opened a fixed rate bond with them and immediately receieved an email telling me how to pay money into the account and that I would receive my user ID in the post. I transefered the money, expecting to be able to check it was received once I had my log in details. 2 weeks later, I still don't have login credentials and they don't answer the phone, I'm not of course worried as to where my money is with no way of checking they have it. Inept

Deliberately ignore questions in several emails. Fail to answer the phone after 35 minutes, then get message that closed as it is 5pm Reviewed on: 16th July 2023
