Very professional in approach when speaking to customers. Internet rates are manageable and the credit card is always reviewed according to your financial position Reviewed on: 29th March 2025

Awful app

Mobile app, requid to access account is awful. Resetting password is bext to impossible. There is no option to view password being set. This leads to password rejection. Awful app which is heart of getting access to account online. Not sure there has been any design or thought to the app. Very amateurish, reflecting the banks style. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025
