They have froze our accounts for no reason at all apart from someone stealing my mobile phone and me telling the bank They have now decided to lock us out the account where we can not feed ourselves or get home to get our medication we need to control our ptsd. We have been left in a city we are not from with no access to our funds and no one even caring about our problem.
