AVOID

Told me 1 quote so I payed it then they had to call to call to confirm policy they ring 2 hours earlier and tell me 6000 so told them that's too much so they took £75 cancellation fee am still waiting for my petty 167 refund jokers these now I've no car or money with additional needs and a son who has additional needs ridiculous Reviewed on: 30th April 2023

Rip off merchants

Avoid this company they will give you an online quote, then wen you validate, for no reason the premium goes up , iv contacted compare the market , and raised complaints , iv also found out that the company have changed there name , they were originally Nova direct, but because of there shocking reviews as nova direct they changed there name !!!!! Apparently compare the market vet all insurance companies, so how can they allow this to change there name after such poor reviews as nova direct , please avoid !!!!! Reviewed on: 31st January 2023
