I needed to transfer some money for a purchase which Joyce at the leyland branch was excellent. She helped me to set up an online... I needed to transfer some money for a purchase which Joyce at the leyland branch was excellent. She helped me to set up an online account so i could excess the money by the following morning. I would recommend Joyce for any advice and help. She was so lovely explained everything didn’t make me feel silly that I couldn’t set it up myself.     Always quick to answer the phone and assist.

    The Chorley are always quick to answer the phone and you get to speak with someone at the branch (Not a call centre) I spoke... The Chorley are always quick to answer the phone and you get to speak with someone at the branch (Not a call centre) I spoke to Julie Rigby (3 times over the course of a week or so) Julie was very helpful (and patient) in assisting me with the on-line process, which I never usually get involved with.
