Great Service, friendly staff

Staff are always friendly, courteous and polite. Definitely not that bank feeling when you walk in more relaxed. Staff are knowledgeable about their products and always offer advice when required. Even when you phone the branch never a problem. Online service so easy to use. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2024

Excellent way to save and have peace of mind

Excellent way to save. Separate from my day to day current bank account, it’s out of sight out of mind. Plus has instant access when I need it. Also having these savings gives me the security of accessing an unsecured loan immediately - in an emergency. Added bonus is low interest, leaving my savings intact. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024

I have a weekly standing order to my savings and also use online - very rarely do I actually go to the Credit Union office - I find it extremely efficient Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024

It is disappointing that the app no longer works and...

It is disappointing that the app no longer works and we are now charged for same day withdrawal but anytime I've needed help with anything the staff have been on hand and dealt with my queries promptly. The only downside to saving with the credit union is there is no interest on savings. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024
