Saving with EKCU is a pleasure.

Saving with EKCU is a pleasure. Your money is not tied up for a specific period, and if you want access to any of it you can get it out quickly. Now that they have the app it is even easier to access your saving, secure a loan, whether it be a secured loan or an unsecure loan. I am so happy to be part of the EKCU Reviewed on: 14th July 2025

I have been with EK Credit Union for a very long time. Every time I have required assistance they have been very helpful and professional in dealing with any requests around savings and loans, offering advice on services and products available. Reviewed on: 14th July 2025

Excellent easy to use app

Deposit weekly & monthly to my credit union account by standing order. Amounts are easily changed via my banking app. Credit Union app is very handy for monitoring my savings. Simple to request balance & make withdrawals which are processes promptly. Customer Service is excellent as I made an error in my Credit Union account number when setting up standing order and this was sorted very quickly & efficiently without any fuss. Highly recommend, only wish I’d started using them sooner. Reviewed on: 13th July 2025

EKCU is exceptional

When I first opened my account the staff were very helpful and courteous. Throughout the staff have always been friendly and informative.
