Quick and easy process from EKCU

I recently had reason to enquire about getting a quick secured loan from EKCU. The process was very simple, and when I spoke to the customer service team at EKCU they made the process even more user friendly. Excellent Customer Service

I enquired about how much it would be to pay back £1000 over a year, and I was pleasantly surprised at the amount. This meant that my savings that I need for Christmas would still be available for me. The loan application is quick and the money is available quickly Reviewed on: 11th April 2025

The staff are wonderful, whether it be on the phone...

The staff are wonderful, whether it be on the phone or in person, you always get treated with respect and courtesy. Recently I went into the branch to get some help with downloading and making myself familiar with the new Sercle App. I had a first class experience with both a volunteer who helped me download it, and helped me get to know how to work it. This gentleman's name was Gary. Then his manager Aimie came to speak to me too, and she was so personable, and a joy to chat to. 10/10 for both Aimie and Gary Reviewed on: 29th June 2024
