EKCU have helped us on many occasions over the years and when we needed asistance with a change of car, they provided myself and my wife with a swift, efficient and helpful service. It was the first time we had used the fully online system and it worked perfectly, Documentation and signature provided with no need for a visit to the branch, communication simple, polite and prompt.
