Recently I went into the branch to get some help with downloading and making myself familiar with the new Sercle App. I had a first class experience with both a volunteer who helped me download it, and helped me get to know how to work it. This gentleman's name was Gary. Then his manager Aimie came to speak to me too, and she was so personable, and a joy to chat to. 10/10 for both Aimie and Gary Read more Read less

Got my annual statement and was extremely surprised and disappointed that there was not annual interest, when you consider how interest rates was very high in the previous year

I have never had any problems getting a loan,staff are always extremely helpful and help you make the right choice which is great. It's always... I have never had any problems getting a loan,staff are always extremely helpful and help you make the right choice which is great. It's always a pleasure to visit my local credit union no matter what I am going in for. I suffer severe mental health and the staff always treat me with respect and help me to understand if I am unsure about anything, which is very rare these days. I have a direct debit set up well 2 and I just dont think about it and when needed I have a pleasant surprise. Interest rates are fantastic and definitely a huge bonus to the customer. I have been with my branch for many years now and would never dream of leaving them. I applaud the staff they are just so nice and pleasant. Read more Read less

    Holiday loan!!

    I was able to take out a secured loan to pay for a holiday without dipping into my savings. This gave me motivation to continue...
