I have a very reasonable credit history but was offered a seriously uncompetitive rate from LCU which was both disappointing and infuriating.

    Great people to deal with

    It was so refreshing to deal with an actual human when I called to check on the progress of my loan application and not have... It was so refreshing to deal with an actual human when I called to check on the progress of my loan application and not have to deal with “press button one for this, button two for that…”, which was matched by the excellent counter service when I visited the Leeds branch.     Safety net for life.

    I have had direct salary deductions for about 5 years with LCU. It really helps reassure me that I have a back up for emergency situations or unexpected costs.
