Disappearing paperwork

I had a debt management plan with them and never missed a payment for the last 7 months. Now I'm told I'm not on a... I had a debt management plan with them and never missed a payment for the last 7 months. Now I'm told I'm not on a debt management plan and it was an human error and I need to redo all the things I did 7months ago. They tell me they can't find the paper work. When they initially had the paperwork to start the plan in the first place. I feel they lost paper work on purpose to make my debt management plan fail.
