Quick, good rates, and excellent service

Extremely quick service, fair rates of interest and the best experience I have had with a loan. Plata did not make me wait around for an answer, they told me the decision within hours and paid out the next day. They also kept me updated about this. I would highly recommend and am very grateful. Excellent Customer Service

I had a call with one of the customer service colleagues. He was brilliant in giving detailed understanding of how early repayment is structured and that the added interest (locked) will be reduced if I was planning to repay early. He also politely asked if I wanted to make a repayment now to which i declined but was happy to provide alternatives to either do this via the weblink or by doing this by calling again. Wait time for getting through was near to nothing as i was connected with only 2 rings of the line. To which i thought i accidentally dialled the wrong number as the connection time was fast.
